Returning a Product to Team Sports Decor
We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience at Team Sports Decor. When you need to return a product to us, please follow the easy steps listed below to make sure your return is handled promptly and efficiently.
The RMA Process


1. Create an RMA for your item
  • Your product needs to be returned with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  • You can request a RMA from Customer Service

  • Once your RMA is issued, box up the item you're returning, along with provided documents, and send it to:

  • We recommend using a courier who provides package tracking and basic insurance coverage. USPS provides Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and UPS provides Ground Shipping with tracking and free insurance up to $100.00.
3. Your RMA is Received and Approved
  • You'll receive an email once your shipment is received and once your package has been opened and your RMA has been reviewed & approved. It usually takes 1-2 business days from time we receive your shipment to review and approve your RMA.
4. RMA Resolution
  • If your requested a Replacement, a new order will be generated once your RMA is approved.
  • If you requested a Refund, a credit memo will be generated once your RMA is approved. The turnaround time for Refunds often depends on your bank's policies for making the funds available to you.

  • Wrong or Missing Items
  • If you are missing an item, Team Sports Decor will ship the item to at no cost to you. If you receive the wrong item, Team Sports Decor will pay for the return and replacement shipping costs.


  • When and why are restocking fees applied?
  • There is a restocking fee of 20% on all returns for refund (RMA Refund). We charge this 20% restocking fee for all returns for refund to encourage customers to purchase products they intend to keep.


  • Inspections
  • Most RMAs are processed within 24-48 hours, but a small percentage cannot be resolved without contacting you for further information. We reserve the right to deny any RMA Replacement in which we think the item was not damaged by the shipping carrier or by the manufacturer.


  • How long do I have to request a RMA?
  • RMAs must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.


  • Is it mandatory to have a RMA number in order to return a product?
  • Yes. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 15 days of receiving your order. Team Sports Decor will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. Team Sports Decor must receive the returned products within this time frame. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued.
