Does Team Sports Decor accept phone orders?
Yes. You may order by credit card over the phone by calling (573) 692-5481, Monday - Friday, 10am - 5pm CST.


After I submit an order with Team Sports Decor, how will I be advised of the order's progress?
Team Sports Decor will keep you informed of your order via email. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped. You may also check your account dashboard by clicking "My Account" on the top of any page.


What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
First, verify that you've received a box for each tracking number associated with your order. If all boxes have been delivered but you're still missing an item, check the packing material for small items. Please call Team Sports Decor Customer Service at (573) 692-5481 if you're unable to locate an item.


Does Team Sports Decor offer Gift Certificates?
We currently do not offer gift certificates.


Do I have to have a PayPal account to purchase items from Team Sports Decor?
No. You do not need a PayPal account. Look for the "Don't Have a PayPal account?" link on the PayPal payment page. If you do not want to use PayPal you may call (573) 692-5481, Monday - Friday, 10am - 5pm CST to order over the phone with a credit card.


How does the charge appear on my credit card when I use PayPal or order over the phone?
Online orders using PayPal will appear as "PAYPAL *TEAMSPORTSD". Phone orders may appear as "3797 HWY 54 STE F-5 OSAGE BEACH MO NAUTICAL LANDING". (Nautical Landing is one of our other companies.)


Does Team Sports Decor charge Sales Tax?
A 7.475% Sales Tax will be added to orders during checkout that are being shipped to Missouri. Missouri is the only state where tax of any kind will be added to your order. Tax will show in your subtotal until an account and shipping address is created for an order outside of Missouri.
